We created Quriverse as a platform that brings Ani-manga fans together over shared experiences and gives the fans a place to belong. Users can post, comment, message, discuss, learn, debate, support, and connect with people who share their interests through our Platform. To ensure that this purpose is achieved effectively, Quriverse requires users to follow these Content & Community Guidelines along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy:

Content which misleads users about its origin, displays or promotes false advertisements, fraudulent or misleading representations and security breaches falls under the ambit of spam. Such content, when posted for commercial gain, amounts to commercial spam. Spam interferes with the smooth functioning of the Platform and deters other users from sharing and connecting. Do not post the same content multiple times if it intends to annoy viewers or sell goods/services to promote spam, commercial or otherwise. Do not use artificial and manipulative means such as buying followers or using bots to generate traffic and increase followers, likes, views, comments, and shares.

We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc., that allow you to interact with other Quriverse users and participate in multiple communities and forums. Our services also include content creation in the form of posts which may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, audio, streams, or other materials. You understand that generally, we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools responsibly and ethically.

Do not, by means of any communication device or computer resource, cheat by impersonating an individual, group or organization. You are encouraged to voluntarily verify yourself and ensure that all the details provided in your profile are accurate and do not, in any manner, constitute impersonation or misrepresentation. We permit exceptions for community profiles, informative profiles and fan profiles of public figures. Satire or parody accounts of public figures are also allowed as long as the intention is not to mislead other users, and the same is clearly mentioned in the profile description or profile status.

Do not threaten or promote any dangerous activities on Quriverse. In particular, you must not use Quriverse to incite terrorism, secession, or acts of violence against a person or property which threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign nations, or insults another nation. You must not post any content that promotes or encourages users to act on behalf of a terrorist organization or recruits and disseminates information for or furthers the objectives of such organizations. You must also not garner support or approval for the commission of violent acts during lawful protests or create violence-inducing terror and conspiracy networks on the Platform.

Quriverse does not endorse the glorification of violence in any manner, including but not limited to celebrating events that have caused physical harm or hurt the sentiments of any person or group. You must refrain from posting content which endorses torture, injury, mental suffering, death, bodily harm, abduction, kidnapping or other forms of violent content with no redeeming artistic value. You must also refrain from posting content relating to suicide or self-harm, particularly in ways that can be construed as promoting or suggesting this course of action.

The user shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that is obscene, contains sexually explicit acts or conduct, pornography, pedophilic, or invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy. However, we allow content that may have limited sexual imagery, provided it is posted for artistic and educational purposes, public awareness, humour or satirical purposes.

Do not make statements which are intended to be insulting, harassing, or degrading on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. Quriverse does not condone sexual harassment on the Platform, including, but not limited to, sexually explicit remarks or innuendoes directed at any specific person or persons or the sharing of sexual (or sexually suggestive) information or media in relation to a person without their consent or any content which may be invasive of a person's bodily privacy.

Quriverse does not allow users to engage in bullying or harassment on the Platform. Bullying could take many forms, including sharing defamatory or libellous content or sending threatening messages or insults to another Quriverse user. Users must not post content containing personal attacks against other individuals, including other Quriverse users. Do not use abusive language, slang, or expletives in any language and in particular, do not direct such language at other users. If someone blocks you from their account, kindly do not try and contact them from a different account. If a user does not want to engage with you on the Platform, we urge you to respect the same and vice versa.

Quriverse expects users to be respectful towards the privacy of others. You must refrain from publishing, sharing, or encouraging the publication of any personal information of another person without his or her consent under any circumstances violating the privacy of that person.

You agree that the access that you have been granted prohibits you from using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Do not post content which is illegal or which encourages other users to participate in any illegal activity. This includes buying or selling narcotics, illicit or prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, or other categories of items that are not permitted to be traded between private individuals. You must also not use the Platform to offer access to lotteries, gambling, and real money games or encourage money laundering, prostitution, human or child trafficking, organized violence or any other criminal activity.

Do not post or share any content on the Platform which contains any viruses, malicious programs, or any other computer code, file or program which could cause disruption, inconvenience, harm or loss to other users on the Platform or which is designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Platform.

Treat others on Quriverse with dignity, respect, and a sense of empathy. We encourage valid and well-intentioned expressions of healthy disagreement on the Platform. We do not allow any forms of hateful, personal attacks, ad hominem speech, or uncivil disagreement which are intended to harm another user or cause them mental stress or suffering.

You must always be respectful of the religious faith and beliefs of others regardless of whether or not they share the same views or beliefs as you. You must not publish anything which is hurtful to the sentiments of others or that insults their religion or customs and/or causes communal discord.

Do not knowingly post or share information, which is unverified or false or misleading, but may be perceived as factual. You must, to the extent possible, make sure that the content that you post on Quriverse is authentic and from a reliable and verifiable source.

Quriverse believes in respecting intellectual property. You must not post content in respect of which others have a patent, copyright (including text, images, music or videos) or a trademark (such as in relation to a brand or a logo that you do not own) or any other proprietary rights, as this may result in infringement of their rights.

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment, does not comply with this Content & Community Guidelines, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any third party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against us. In case the content you upload or post or your activity is reported by another user and removed from our Platform, we will notify you of such removal and our reasons for the same. If you believe that your content has been unfairly removed, you may write to us at: grievance@quriverse.com to challenge the removal. We may review the content again and determine if it may be reposted on the Platform.

We take strict and prompt action against those who violate these Guidelines. If your profile is reported for violating these Guidelines, then your profile may be suspended temporarily. In case of repeated breaches of these Guidelines, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us permanently and block you from registering with us. If required, we will cooperate with legal authorities and law enforcement mechanisms. Please note that we are under no obligation to assist you.

All content, including without limitation, content that is uploaded, posted, commented on, or shared by you on our Platform, must adhere to the laws of India, including, without limitation, the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with all the rules and amendments made under such laws.
